Hypnotherapy for Depression

If you are depressed you may be experiencing feelings of sadness or numbness for a while. Depression affects people in many ways and while some people may not be able to get out of bed in the morning when they are depressed, others may appear fine to the outside world but feel very differently inside. 

Depression can have many causes and can relate to current life situations, anxiety and stress or past trauma

Using evidence based hypnotherapy and psychotherapy I help my clients to re-connect with feelings of joy and calm, breaking free from negative thinking patterns and gently letting go of limiting beliefs

As a trauma informed practitioner I can also help you to process any negative past events that are keeping you stuck and unable to move forwards, gently and safely.

It is my intention that you will leave a session feeling strengthened and uplifted and that you will be empowered with a deeper understanding of yourself as we work together. When our sessions come to an end, you will also have practical tools to help you to maintain a sense of balance in your life into the future.
